Park Hyatt Dubai’s Executive Chef of the Traiteur restaurant, Steffen Gube, along with chef de cuisine Franck Detrait are leading guest cooking classes as part of a ‘Master Class at the Park’ program.  Chef Gube has 15 years of experience working in Michelin-Star restaurants in Germany and France, and Chef Detrait 12 years of experience in French restaurants. With their guidance, guests can prepare a meal using the same fresh, high quality ingredients that are used every day at Traiteur. Students can choose from a variety of classes ranging from Thai food to vegetarian, to BBQ. Receive your well-deserved reward by sitting at the chef’s table and enjoying the fruits of your labors!
