Hotel Crillon Le Brave

You may have already received word from us about this quaint, quintessential countryside hideaway – here’s the official word… Alice Marshall Public Relations is now working with Hotel Crillon Le Brave in Provence! Perched atop a hill in the French countryside and surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the five-star property is a relaxed haven of simple sophistication. The hotel is made up of seven beautifully restored stone houses that dating from the 16th and 17th centuries that are linked by bridges, cobblestone walkways, and hidden courtyards.

The authentic Provençal accommodations at Crillon le Brave include 23 rooms, seven suites, and a two-bedroom house, each decorated with a mix of contemporary furnishings and shabby-chic accents. In addition to the open-air spa, the hotel offers terraced gardens, a swimming pool, and complimentary bicycles, as well as nearby tennis and boules courts. Embodying the region’s famous southern fare, Crillon le Brave’s restaurant serves up local dishes such as gigot d’agneau (leg of lamb) and filet de rougets (fresh wild sea bass).

Our first piece of news is the hotel’s Truffle and Wine Weekends on offer this autumn. The three-day escapes immerse guests in the pastimes of the idyllic region, with a truffle hunting excursion, a wine tasting at one of Châteauneuf-du-Pape’s estates (where wine has been made for over 800 years), a cooking demonstration, and a tour through Provence’s antiques capital, Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.
